DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop a sales plan and strategy to achieve goals, achieve the forecasted sales target and profit margin Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Excelled in a target-driven sales position. Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling Analysing customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers Monitor the team’s progress, tracking the quotas and goals of each salesperson, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements Work salesperson person to inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Make improvements to the operational activities of the Sales Team to create optimal Sales division performance To provide a timely quotation to all customers to improve the competitiveness of equipment sales.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree Age less than 35 years old Have to experience min. 7 years (3 years as Sales manager) at FnB industry/ Insurance/ FMCG Understanding and experience of Digitalization Sales (CRM, WhatsApp’s Selling, E-commerce workflow, Telemarketing, and copywriting) Proven track record in achieving team target Familiarity with sales reports and sales records Strong leadership skills, discipline, and target driven
