REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems Minimal 1 years of relevant experience at IT Helpdesk or Infrastructure (fresh graduate are welcome to apply) Tech savvy and understand IT skills such as Join Domain on Windows10 Installation, troubleshoot PC/NB Windows10, Printer Installation & Troubleshooting, Proxy Settings, CCTV software installation - Office365: Installation, troubleshooting, updates - Remote Tools: Anydesk, VNC - TCP/IP Configuration (basic) - Message/Chat Tools: Microsoft Teams Willing to be placed at BAF Surabaya, and candidates with domiciles in Surabaya and surrounding areas are preferred Contract outsourcing and willing to take part in a training program in Jakarta Head Quarter
