DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support maintance compensation and benefit activities for employees in accordance with regulations to ensure all employees rights.
Support socialize corporate policies to all employees between employees and the company.
Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
Conduct administrative HR duties activities employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies company’s, such as liaising with healthcare facilities (BPJS Health, Ketenagakerjaan), issuing reference letters, permits, etc
Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
Coordinate office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure is well maintained.
Coordinate office asset maintenance regularly, office logistics asset to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
Control the availability of the general affairs of company of facilities for the employees.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree in major Human Resource/Law
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in similar position (HRGA function)
Good in microsoft office, especially Excel
Good communication and has to be passionate in human resources
Good command in English both verbal and written
Have K3 Certificate is priority
