DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• To handle full spectrum of HR functions which will include recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
• To ensure the payroll is processed in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
• To handle staff’s claim such as medical, insurance claim etc. in according to the Company rules and regulations.
• To compile HR data and generating periodic HR repots.
• To conduct employee bonding as per Company allocation budget.
• Staff on-board procedure such as personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card, assign work station, brief of company policies, new staff orientation etc.
• Staff off-boarding procedure such as staff exit procedure etc.
• Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, driver’s driving license renewal, appraisal etc.
• Monitor and manage staff disciplinary issue, grievance handling, poor performance etc.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Admin working experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
• Well versed with iFlexi HRMS payroll software will be an added advantage.
• Well versed with local Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.
