DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify, develop and manage new & existing sales account Build relationship, explore client’s need, and propose solution together with pre-sales team, including presenting the solution and writing commercial proposal to clients Proactively driving growth with our customers Plan and coordinate continuous improvement to add value for customer and company Developing and executing sales plans including sales analysis, target achievement, delivering sales strategy and business tactics by reading market trends and doing negotiations.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Communication. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Preferably have experience, interest or talent in sales & business development or account management and knowledge in Information Technology industry Experienced in handling and dealing with clients (account management experience) with proven track record of sales revenue is an advantage Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment Great communication and negotiation skill Strong writing and communication skills Strategic, communication, presentation, interpersonal and team-work skills End-to-end experience in sales account management from creative development until execution Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in a team to manage and prioritize multiple accounts / sales opportunity at once
