DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve sales and marketing targets set by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Formulate and develop sales strategy and ensure quick and accurate implementation. Prepares an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Build positive and multi-tiered relationships and good communication with all customers. Lead and develop a team of Sales to achieve Sales Targets. Evaluate Sales performances according to Sales Targets.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Business, Engineering, or Science/Arts At least 10 years of working in Sales & Marketing, with team leader experience Focused on growing sales and profits, able to strategize, plan and execute efficiently and independently International company experience and exposure preferred. Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English. A dynamic individual who is highly motivated, a good leader and team player. A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and responsibility and follow up with details. Have ability to develop strong business relationships with customers. Good presentation skills. Strong Excel skills & Power Point skills are required. SAP skills preferred.
