DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide strategy adjustments as necessary. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support Collaborate with product development teams to align product offerings with market demands, customer needs, and technological advancements Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing key performance metrics and providing actionable insights to the executive leadership team Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 37 years old Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10 years experience in Sales (3 years experience as Sales Group Head/General Manager Sales) Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and market insights to make informed business decisions and recommendations Strategic thinking, a results-driven mindset, and a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals and objectives while maintaining the highest ethical standards Experience in managing a sales team and developing sales strategies Ability to maintain and improve customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the B2B business
