DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Extracting data from systems, performing data cleaning, and ensuring data is clean and accurate for analysis. Assist Sales Controller Manager to analyze NAV (gross margin) forecasting, EBITA (earning before income tax) and Operational Controller Manager for OPEX and Capex Monitoring. Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by providing data and analysis for future planning. Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices. Participate in preparation for the annual audit.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience as sales, business controller or financial analysis, preferably at a multinational company. Familiar with feed industry, livestock, and fisheries Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.) Excellent knowledge of financial principles and statements Understanding of data analysis and forecasting. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Knowledge of feedmill industry dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willing to work in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
