DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and align the implementation overall Human Resources and General Affairs strategy Work closely with HOD to identify and address employee development needs, including training and coaching Conduct regular analysis of HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement As PIC in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on disciplinary actions Provide guidance and support to HOD on performance management and employee development Contribute to HRGA related projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Education At least 5 years of experience as HRD Manager / Supervisor Good knowledge in Employment Law. Experienced and mastered the management system of employee recruitment, personnel and employee training Have experience in managing Human Resources management budget. Preferably have knowledge of BPJS, insurance providers, outsourcing and Human Resources Information Systems Preferably have knowledge / experience in Corporate Social Responsibility / CSR & ISO 9001: 2015 implementation English speaker Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels Excellent Leadership skills Organized and reliable, able to work independently
