DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deploying and inspecting IT network systems. Overseeing the safe installation of hardware and cabling systems. Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems. Performing regular checks on network hardware and software. Fault handling and escalation of network alerts and hardware malfunctions. Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors. Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports. Responding to user requests and providing network training. Managing system backups and network security protocols.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply. Excellent understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, anti-virus, back-ups, systems, and firewalls. Familiar with web application languages, monitoring tools & protocols and have knowledge in product vendors such as Juniper, VMWare, and Cisco. Experience in diagnosing network and service issues, following them through to resolution and developing Disaster Recovery Plans to minimize issues. Experience in analyzing system and network performance using monitoring and graphical data. Willing to be based at the Data Center @ Buntal, Santubong. Willing to work on shift and/or on-standby.
