DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

You'll be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities. This includes conducting regular security assessments, evaluating technologies against security standards, and developing robust risk mitigation strategies. Staying informed of the latest IT security regulations is key. You'll develop and implement security policies and procedures, monitor and audit security activities, and report on compliance status to stakeholders. Monitoring security logs for suspicious activity, mitigating potential data loss events, investigating security incidents, and participating in incident response exercises are all part of your critical duties. You'll also assist with deploying and maintaining essential security tools. Work closely with IT operations, development, and other departments to promote best practices, provide security training to employees, and collaborate with external auditors. Regular reports will keep management informed of the overall IT security posture.
REQUIREMENT

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are highly desirable. Possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT security, risk management, and compliance. Demonstrates a strong understanding of IT security concepts, frameworks, and methodologies. Has a working knowledge of relevant IT security regulations and standards. Possesses experience with industry-standard security tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM, IDS/IPS). Knowledge of programming languages like PHP, C++, and Java is a plus.
