DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage the full cycle implementation of Odoo ERP, from requirement gathering, customization, deployment, to post-implementation support. Analyze business processes and provide solutions to enhance operational efficiency through Odoo, with a strong focus on accounting workflows. Customize Odoo modules as per business requirements. Provide training and support to end-users. Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementations. Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and propose improvements to the system.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 5 years in implementing Odoo, with a minimum of experience in Odoo version 14. Strong understanding of business processes in various domains, especially accounting. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Odoo’s framework and API. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Work Location : Head Office, West Jakarta
