Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, scouting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding employees in a company. Making a report about recruitment and interview result Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team. Manage job portals enhance to Company's employer branding Collect all hiring documents needed
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology At least 2 years experience in HR, having a strong recruitment/ talent acquisition and training background Have knowledge and ability to use various psychological test tools. Having deep knowledge of sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST. Proficiency in administrative and MS. Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Have good interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with internal & external parties
