DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve national sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in genomics. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with academic institutions, research organizations, and biotech companies in Indonesia. Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, key accounts, and stakeholders. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to BOD
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, genetics, biotechnology, business). A master or PhD degree is an advantage. At least 3 years proven track record of success in sales leadership roles in the biotechnology or life sciences industry in Indonesia. Strong understanding of genomics products and services, including sequencing technologies and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious targets. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales goals.
