Arrange the CRM organizational structure chart according to Departments and Positions
Provide training in using the CRM system
Provide training on how to carry out the CRM process from leads and deals to analysis of failure or success
Provide training on how to create and complete activity plans
Providing training on analyzing the results of the CRM process
Monitoring CRM Process
Monitor Process Leads and Deals, especially for Sales who have resigned
Manage New Leads data coming in from digital platforms such as BCI, Instagram, Facebook then give assignments to Sales according to their territory
Help monitor customer data management
Help monitor the completeness of Company and Contact CRM data
Check CRM reports regularly
Manage RSA data
Overcoming operational issues
Provide training on how to use the RSA Software system
Monitor RSA Reports so that there are no technical problem
Provide training in using the features in the loyalty program
Manage the loyalty program dashboard account
REQUIREMENT
A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
Need strong skills in areas Operating systems, System administration tools and scripting languages, Database management
2 years of work experience in the same field
