DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the IT department, including infrastructure, system, networks and securities.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes or others.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solution meet business needs.
Manage relationship with external vendors and service providers
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT operation, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and management skills. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, system and networks. Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and cybersecurity. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools ( Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc ) Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Project management experience. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus
