DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Develop products together with customer
Provide excellent service speed and customer satisfaction
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Liaise internally with production, warehouse, and finance department for sales process
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree from any major Minimum 5 years experience in sales position Preferably those who have experience in plastics packaging or plastic manufacturing Good communication and good negotiation skill Target oriented and resistant to work pressure Good integrity, and strong decision maker Willing to business trip Having driving license (A) Placement : Gedangan, Sidoarjo
