DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensuring the completeness of documents and tax aspects on journal recorded Preparing & recording inventory of offshore vessel by coordinate with Material Coordinator on board Preparing offshore vessel performance report and presented correctly ontime Monitoring advance payment of offshore vessel Ensuring invoices & voucher are well recorded and accurate Ensuring movement inventory of offshore vessel well recorded Preparing journal invoice & voucher for vessel transaction Checking SOA from suppliers and agents Maintain advance payment to suppliers and agents Preparing journal of offshore vessel inventory movement Provide claimable expense of offshore vessel to Commercial (Offshore) and Accounting of offshore vessel
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Have 2 - 4 years experience in similiar position Have experience in public accounting firm is preferred Fluent in English both oral and written Required Knowledge and Skill(s): basic accounting, taxation, general shipping knowledge, computer literate (particularly in Excel Formula, Vlookup, If, SumIf, Pivotable) Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficiently, concern for order, business process understanding, working individual and team
