DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting.
Manage computer networks and related computing environments.
Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
Documentation of all necessary information for IT assets.
Implementing network security measure.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
Email configuration – creating email IDs for the new staffs, files backup, adding additional email accounts in accordance to internal procedure.
Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server, VM server and windows SQL cluster fail over services
Carry out and deliver change request from operation team to enhance system security and data process tracking system.
Conduct training related to operation system application, shop floor management system and internal IT Management policy.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in IT hardware maintenance service on server, network and storage preventive.
Experienced in operation systems and good troubleshooting skills.
Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage.
