Implementation of a system consisting of hardware and software at the customer's site Setting up a test environment Train your customers on how to use it during implementation Post-installation maintenance Responding to equipment errors/failures that occur after installation. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENT

Experience or knowledge of setting up and maintaining servers, network environments, security environments, etc. (Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, or SQL Server is required) Willing to work on irregular working hours when needed Excellent communication skill to liaise with other group companies (Japan, Macau, Australia, Philippines, USA) and customers Willing to go overseas business trips [Advantage] Experience in implementing hardware and software, such as installing and maintaining bank ATMs and POS
