Play a key role in implementing and refining IT strategic plans, contributing to long-term strategies and actionable workplans.
Collaborate on developing IT project plans, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring timely monitoring and reporting of outcomes.
Foster effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of project tasks.
Help shape and implement change management strategies that support successful integration of operations and technology.
Identify and tackle barriers to change, proposing innovative solutions to drive progress.
Create engaging communication plans and training materials, such as manuals and user guides, to facilitate smooth transitions.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all materials are accurate, relevant, and impactful.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, delivering high-quality work on time
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, IT or a related field
Minimum 1 year experience in project management, operations, or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology
Familiar with project management methodologies and tools, such as Gantt charts and project management software
