DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Work with the team to develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to clients’ needs. Preparation of proposals and quotations. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage key accounts and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Work closely with clients to understand their AV system needs and provide customized solutions. Follow up on project delivery and maintain consistent communication with clients. Follow up and coordinate with Service Team to close maintenance sales. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new product opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and identify opportunities for innovation.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. 2 – 5 years of proven experience in AV sales, technical sales, or a related field. Strong knowledge of AV products and services, including system integration, conferencing solutions, digital signage, etc. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. A strong network of industry contacts is a plus. Strong customer service skills. Ability to speak/write English. Highly self-motivated and drive to exceed expectations and targets The AV Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and growth for the company's AV System Integration services. This role involves developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to offer tailored AV solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills.
