Developing data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry, and managing the process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to candidate placement
Executing HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions to thoroughly understand the human resource requirements of each division and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies
Leading the competency assessment process to guarantee the alignment of both internal and external candidates with the organization’s needs or the specific role to be filled
Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the recruitment process, as well as managing relationships with external recruitment vendors in accordance with company standards
Developing and training the internal recruitment team to stay updated with the latest industry trends
Overseeing environmental impacts, OHS risks, quality control, and information security within the department, as well as setting and reporting goals and achievements to management
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
8-10 years of work experience in recruitment, HRBP, and competency assessment. Experience in the transportation industry is preferred
Proven experience and skills in coordinating and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders (internal & external)
Relevant certifications, such as but not limited to: Assessor Certification, BEI, CBI, etc., are preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is preferred
