DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across the group. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals. Create and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts for the development company’s business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Identify and mitigate financial risks Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Oversee audits, tax planning, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. Implement and manage financial systems and tools to enhance financial tracking and reporting. Monitor external contracts and suppliers to ensure these are effective and deliver on Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and external auditors. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. Provide strategic leadership and direction for all financial activities of the organization.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role within the IT & Telecommunication industry. In-depth understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of financial regulations, real estate development processes, and construction industry dynamics.
