DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Bookkeeping activities, such as bank books
2. Receive all documents (bills, receipts and payment slips)
3. Review and validate documents, Make sure all documents are well documented
4. Follow up supporting documents
5. Ensuring that appropriate financial controls and procedures are in place
6. Administration in typing for cheque, giro and others payment including input for e-banking transaction
7. Assist with forecast and budgets
8. Develop and maintain guidance on finance and accounting policies and procedures
9. Collect, summarize and analyze account information from other divisions
10. Create Report Outstanding, Check and create balance, Monitoring spending and budgets
11. Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data and information.
12. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
13. Assist in financial tax preparations if needed
REQUIREMENT
Minimal Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Management/Banking or equivalent
Have experience as a Finance/accountant/banking Minimal 2 years
Can operate accounting software or other databases
Have the ability to process large amounts of data and compile detailed report
Detail oriented and have excellent analytical skill
Can work under pressure both in team and independently
Can join ASAP (As Soon As Possible)
Willing be placement in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
