Collecting data and information from various sources within the scope of work, as one of the bases for developing corporate HR policies, strategies, goals, and work priorities
Sourcing and Recruitment: Leverage multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse candidate pool. Implement creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs
Identifying talents that meet the talent pool criteria and monitoring the performance development of the corporate talent pool to ensure that each key position within the corporation has a successor plan that meets the required criteria
Enhance the company's image to candidates and external service providers, ensuring that it is represented accurately and appropriately to all candidates. Personally uphold and promote the highest standards of ethical conduct throughout the recruitment process for everyone involved
Analyzing employee performance evaluation and assessment results based on established standards for promotion, rotation/transfer, and demotion for positions below the HoD level (Head Office and between Business Units), to ensure career movement decisions are based on valid and complete data in accordance with existing criteria, policies, and regulations
Coordinating the implementation of the performance management cycle, from the planning stage to evaluation, along with the related form requirements, to ensure that the results serve as a valid and objectively justified basis for determining performance-based rewards
REQUIREMENT
Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
Employer Branding expertise
Experience in crafting effective recruiting strategies, talent acquisition, and talent management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience working in the conservation or hospitality industry is a plus
