DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate and support Sales quotation Check prices from shipping lines. Handle monthly schedule export import console Fully support & solve the problem for sales team. Updates changes of freight rates Proper filing of all quotations and emails Reply email, data entry Helping the marketing team reach agreements to meet with prospective customers. Communicating with potential customers via telephone.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience as Sales Support in Freight Forwarding will be first priority. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fluent in English (written and oral) Strong managerial, negotiation, and good communication skill. Computer literate (familiar with Internet, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). Good skill in organizing administrative jobs. Highly motivated, honest, loyal and consistence in pursue a long term career. Hard worker, able to work under pressure and long hour, proactive and fast learner. Dynamic and good logical thinking for working in a fast working environment. Cooperative, good personality and attitude C. Experiences Experience in Freight Forwarding and logistics industry with min. 3 years experience.
