DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Involved in tax planning; research; compliance; reporting and filings; auditing; and communicating with external tax agencies
- Ensuring tax compliance by reviewing direct and indirect tax returns, tax provisions and attending to tax queries
- Developing and leading both tax-savings opportunities and tax solutions through working closely with multiple stakeholders
- Monitoring developments regarding tax policies to effectively analyze proposed tax policy changes and evaluate impact so as to develop and execute plans accordingly
- Working with finance and other cross-functional teams to implement and improve end-to-end tax process and procedures to mitigate risks
REQUIREMENT
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Tax
- 2+ years of experience at supervisory level (preferably having experience in plantation industry)
- Brevet AB certification
- Experienced in handling tax audit and tax correspondence
- Willing to travel to unit office and plantation site
