DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for chauffeuring Managing Director and others company director as per schedule
1. Responsible for all the administration related matters involvement of collection and distribution or official items, belonging to the all company Directors, Managers and any others related to company’s official matter.
2. Responsible for maintaining and up keeping of all the company’s cars i.e. keep car clean and tidy and service maintenance regularly.
3. Responsible for attending to all legislation / documentation i.e. renewal road tax, etc.,
4. Pertaining to vehicle including any traffic offence and / or accidents.
5. To carry out any related jobs as instructed by the management.
6. Supporting the management team for the arrangement and chauffeur of company guests from internal and external VIP, customers, suppliers and local government guests as well.
7. Participating and involving an administration of general matters as and when requested by the management.
8. To undertake and actively involved in other ad-hoc project and assignment by the Management.
9. Undertake other necessary function as determine from time to time by the management.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum SPM qualification required for this position
2. Good in English communication skill as CEO is an expatriate
3. Familiar with Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan area
4. Knowledge of basis vehicle maintenance & service is a MUST
