DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To create brand identities for key programs each season. Consider everything from mood-boarding, typography and layout to setting guidelines for all marketing collateral for the freelancers to work to. Be a creative thinker, coming up with creative solutions that are cost effective and sustainable. Be accountable for ensuring all artwork created is to the guideline and vision for the program. To synergise with the VM team to maintain consistency with creative concepts when translated to store level. Take a holistic and omni approach in concepts to maximise the use of created assets across all printed and available online communication channels (site, social media, emails…) as well as potential multichannel applications. To stay on top of international fashion, lifestyle and design trends to keep our competitive edge. To brainstorm and formulate visual solutions for online editorial stories and campaigns. To create visually exciting, customer led online experiences, considering the journey and usability across devices. Work with templates and initiate new, improved layouts and interaction. To execute and implement creative concept for all communication activities. To liaise and oversee colour separators and printers on technical production work. To ensure designs are within allocated budget and delivered on time. To ensure all completed projects are filed correctly following the CMC process. To be constantly updated with the newest materials, print formats and communication-solutions. To make sure print items go through the correct sign off procedure and projects are under budgets allocated. Build a good relationship with graphic design house. Prepare all designs to be development ready, ensuring developers are clear on delivery and expectation (layout, devices, animations/transitions etc). Strong participation in image sourcing for designs, either through paid content or contacts. Demonstrate a user centric approach from concepts to wireframes/mock up and prototyping/delivery. Work closely with developer to ensure layouts work across all devices. Check all work in staging (both EN and CN) before live date. Ensure timely delivery of all creative, design and web pages output within daily and weekly schedules as agreed with digital production team. Actively respond to fluctuating business needs. Explore creativity and innovation for the technical delivery of designs and interactions working with the web developer as well as usability and tech teams. Maintain active awareness of new design approaches for interactions and content, to ensure constant newness and fresh ideas.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Graphic Design industry (Digital Design / Multimedia or related discipline, and/or direct commercial experience) Able to think strategically about creative concepts and lead in a new innovative way Creative, self motivated, able to explore new ideas and to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Thorough experience in using Mac software, Adobe Create Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Basic knowledge of Flash, Dreamweaver, JavaScript - for online application a bonus Video editing or digital skills a bonus A strong understanding of typography / branding / digital design / fashion / art trends A portfolio clearly demonstrating creativity, design sensibility, usability awareness, and technical proficiency Good command of spoken & written English (with Chinese / mandarin a distinct bonus)
