DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist & support Account Manager/ MNC Service Team Leader on
Ensure implementation & follow up of SOP
Co-ordinate with import and export operations to ensure proper & timely execution of shipments.
Manage customer expectations and align with our capabilities and service levels.
Work with support departments/stations to achieve KPI goals and escalating to management where deemed necessary.
Support critical / urgent ad-hoc movements / flows on 24/7 basis.
Spearhead corrective action process for defects in accordance with guidelines.
Support the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly reports.
Coordinate and liaise internally and with customer for prompt AR collection.
2. Develop excellent relations with key accounts and work closely with them on development & execution of effective trade activities to drive sales growth.
3. Support the preparation of presentation material & analysis Report.
4. Work closely with Sales Management team towards achievement of sales targets, in line with organization goals and objectives.
5. Support proposals for RFQ and ad-hoc quotations for Key accounts.
