DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Support for operational activity ( Video Conference, Conference Call, etc). Managing stocks of equipments, consumables, and other supplies. Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults. Create IT guidelines for user. Reqularly updated operating system and anti virus. Manage and maintain security system (CCTV & Access Control). Collecting and reporting Inventory ( IP Phone, CCTV, Printer, etc)
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering. Required Skill(s): Windows Operating System knowledge. Have Microsoft Exchange Knowledge and Hardware/Software Knowledge. Capable to assist costumer and resolve any issues related PC, Notebook, Printer. Candidates must be willing to be located at MANADO, SULAWESI UTARA Able to join immediately.
