DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide the technical service for computer users and provide trouble shooting for problems that related to computer software and hardware such as printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, IT security, and etc. Responsible in supporting the planning, implementation and maintenance toward all company IT Infrastructure. Plan, build & maintain application based on business need, provide ready solution for user based on business need, support in-house application, and ensure business requirement for IT documented properly.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Possess analytical thinking, multitasking, having knowledge of trouble shooting hardware and software problem, having knowledge of programming, software design/development and its application, telecommunication, network, server, etc. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
