Fitness First Malaysia is the first First Fitness Club opened in 1993, in the seaside town of Bournemouth, Dorset - which is historically known as a popular health resort. We currently have clubs in 16 countries, making us leaders in the global fitness industry. We've seen a lot of changes in the fitness industry over the years, but our philosophy remains the same: offering the best equipment, class coverage, knowledgeable staff and personal advice in a friendly environment that motivates our members.

We provide our people with various opprtunities to learn and grow within our organisation. Our training programmes - or Certification Journeys - provide on-going development by giving you the knowledge, skills and tools to succeed in your role. And, when you're ready to aim higher and level up your career, we offer training programmes that will help you prepare yourself for a management role. Based on our philosophy of dynamic movement training and the Theory of Intrinsic Motivation, we offer members a suite of innovative fitness products to help them achieve their fitness goals. These include our range of Signature classes, such as Freestyle Group Training, ProCycling, HardCore, Step and Flow Yoga series, our very own fitness app, CsutomFit, and a health and fitness assessment that's unique to Fitness First, called BioScore.
