DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Formalize and oversee the implementation of marketing & sales plan for all our aesthetic outlets that is in par with company’s set target. Ensure that each outlet is functioning smoothly in all aspect that include administration, human resource, operation, sales and marketing. Formulated training and personal professional updating plan for our therapist to up-keep the company’s determination to ensure that only the best service is delivered clients. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships across all departments. Monitors sales and business progress of each Outlets. Reviews and analyses sales performance against marketing programs, sales target, operation and determine effectiveness. Annual Performance appraisal of Outlet Manager.
REQUIREMENT

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Have experience in healthcare or beauty centre chain in charge in Marketing & Operation. (Advantage) Dynamic personality and self-motivated. Good communications and interpersonal skills. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English. Able to travel to Penang, KL and Singapore monthly.
