Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service call centre and/or insurance policy servicing Experience in the use of call centre system, Microsoft Office applications and Integal system / AS400 system Excellent customer service and communication skills Problem solving and analytical skills Ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers) Good Team Player
