DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Coordinate Admin & External Affairs duties & activities. The position is required to support other administrative functions.
Monitor general office administration e.g. office mails, e-mail distribution list, office signages
Monitor stock movement for all office supplies e.g. pantry, stationery. Raise order and replenish stock
Coordinate meetings and refreshments
Provide support for building access card registration, assist with photoshoot and VIP/visitors pass application
Office maintenance – Supervise office contractors during routine maintenance work in the office.
Provide reports and follow up to/with building management on maintenance and rectification work
Coordinate and organize internal events e.g. wellness activities, social club events
Coordinate materials and prepare draft internal newsletter.
Assist in organizing company external events; CSR programs, exhibitions
Assist in preparing materials for internal and external communications
Other administrative tasks related to External Affairs
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree holder
At least 5 years of working experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to project good company image
Good skills in office software applications
Familiar with SAP system and Sharepoint
