DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing, Processing PRF.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
Retrieve documents from filing system.
Handle requests for information and data.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for REPH visitors.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play.
Contact possible suppliers of goods and services.
Maintain REPH visitor’s calendar and visitor’s log.
Arrange guests’ meeting facilities and room set-up.
Point of contact for training/conference room reservations.
Helping Admin and Facilities Supervisor in ensuring quality service from our pantry concessionaire.
Posting of Admin and Facilities request through BuyAndTrack tool.
Responsible for tagging and issuance of delivered equipm
Provide high-level administrative support to REPH Team by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
