DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordination of all administrative functions in the office, including secretarial, reception, mail delivery/courier service, meeting & conference call preparation and scheduling, minutes writing, etc. Act as the point of contact for staff and office operation matters which involves engagement with various external stakeholders such as the building manager and suppliers. Deal with internal stakeholders’ requests. Researching & negotiating vendor quotations. Ensuring information is kept up-to-date at all times. Finance related matters under the direction of corporate finance management: Data entry, invoicing, payment, report preparation, receipt, tracking and filing of invoices as per Company standards. Assist with confidential Human resources administration under the direction of the HR Manager: recruiting, contracts, vacation, insurances. Organising office events & celebrations. Developing and maintaining administrative systems to increase efficiency. Advising new hires on office policies & procedures, equipment use, etc. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration. Knowledge of project and task management tools is a plus. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
