Delivery the implementation and provide PC, Printer, and Networking. Analyze and diagnose technical issues and give fast problem resolution Technical documentations of hardware/software additions or changes Updates and closures of trouble tickets and service requests from user
REQUIREMENT

D3/S1, good health, ready to work as soon as possible. Hardware: Desktop PC, Laptop, Printer (Multifunction Printer/MFP). Operating System and Application : Ms. Operating system and Linux. Having good analytical problem solving and customer interaction skill. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Good communication skill Supporting project all around Indonesia: Jakarta, Bandung, Denpasar, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo, Malang, Surabaya, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Makassar Based on monthly project (1 month - 3 months work time)
