Front desk service. Answering and distribution incoming phone call, visitor management, meeting room management.
Mailing service.
Housekeeping service. Office tidiness monitoring, storage/space management.
Office supplies management. Stationery, pantry supplies, restroom supplies etc.
Work order management.
PO/ Invoice handling. Payment request.
New-hired arrangement and check-out process.
Security and access management. Badge application, temp badge issued.
Vendor management.
Office administration management.
Carries out the assignment and events as requested.
Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or above with relevant experience
Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent
Computer literacy is a definite pre-requisite
Good command of English and Chinese
