DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle and coordinate active calendars & agendas Schedule and confirm meetings Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts Generating reports and presentations and conducting research. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Seamless supplier management for office and stores Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies Ensure file organization based on office protocol Provide ad hoc support around office as needed Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Prior administrative experience with a management company Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
