DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in and respond to customer inquiries, visits, and other customer-related issues in a timely and accurate way. Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecasts, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management. Execute customer service strategies, able to identify the cause of problems and recommend solutions. Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
REQUIREMENT

Prior experience with customer service/support services is a plus The ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills (Writing, speaking, and listening) Patient and comfortable with handling customers' inquiries and complaints. Familiar with online e-commerce platforms eg. Lazada, Shopee, FB, IG. Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality Friendly and outspoken Energetic, digitally savvy, and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (ie: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, WeChat, etc) Computer literacy
