DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create contents, develops and runs campaigns activities in company offline and online channels (include social media).
Identifies trend with optimizing all marketing channels including social media and company database.
Capable of operating social media as marketing tools.
Creates copywriting material with proper marketing languages (based on best practices) in Indonesian and English.
Capable of working in a team and individual.
Finds new potential customer (leads) and follows up the customer leads.
Builds and maintains relationships with all customers.
Answers phone calls, DM and emails from customers.
Finds potential customers and explain about company products
Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
Arranges project requirements in sequences by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and logic.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENT
Preferred with minimum experience of 2 years in Marketing and IT sales.
Minimum hold high school diploma
Has knowledge on Digital Marketing : Social Media Content, Advertisement and Campaign.
Preferred with capability of using Software Video Editor and Graphic Design Software.
High on curiosity, eager to learn and think critically.
Creative, pay attention to detail and has analytical skill.
Focus with Goal, Self Discipline, Self Motivated and Hard Working
Has capability to communicate and conduct presentation well.
Understand concept of customer retention strategy.
Preferred with residency of Bandung city or surrounding area.
