DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Manage portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success - Develop positive relationships with clients - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Act as the point of contact and handle customers' needs - Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks - Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
REQUIREMENT

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. - Required language(s): English - Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, PC literate and able to work independently. - On Job Training will be provided
