Owning all aspects of guideline design and implementation of the brand at all levels of the organization.
Consulting and advising global teams as to the correct usage of the brand assets and providing guidance on their application.
Acting as guardian and safeguarding the brand standards across the business.
Collaborating with Colleagues to understand their graphic design requirements, developing a design brief and defining the related timelines and budget required, in order to ensure that all design needs are fully captured and all design resources optimized.
Updating all brand material and collaterals across channels as per business requirements; including video editing.
Managing the development of graphic and creative designs for the Group to promote its competitive advantages, in line with the branding standards, in order to generate graphics that are visually compelling and help enhance brand visibility and attractiveness.
Reviewing the graphic elements developed for various marketing purposes, such as the business unit logos, website design, promotional and marketing materials etc., in order to ensure that the visual representation of the business unit remains consistent across all online and offline marketing channels. Providing recommendations for improvement when needed.
Controlling the graphics’ compliance with the agreed-upon corporate marketing guidelines, such as fonts, layouts and color schemes, and taking responsibility for visual quality control in order to ensure that the Group’s brand is consistently represented across business units.
Managing the Graphic Design function’s relationships with external service providers, such as graphic design agencies or print suppliers, in order to ensure that the Group secures highly qualified expertise to support the implementation of its graphic design agenda.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design or a similar discipline.
Software fluency in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) HTML, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Dreamweaver.
Video editing software knowledge.
Knowledge and curiosity about creative trends with background in creative agency, luxury, fashion, retail, hospitality or travel.
Strong creative skills, and the ability to create new concepts with compelling visual design.
Ability to be self-sufficient throughout the entire design process, from conceptualization to final delivery; a leader of its own arena.
Creative and innovative approach to marketing content development.
Excellent project management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable for all work with minimal delays; and successfully navigate project complexities to lead the work from conceptual start to final design delivery.
Knowledge of all media forms and design adaptations from offline to online channels.
Creative and a critical trained eye for creative review; with an eye for detail.
Ability to navigate a high volume of work; ranging from day to day operational, high speed needs to creative high end design.
Artworker able to deliver production-ready materials.
Collaboration skills; pro-actively suggesting improvements and recommendations.
Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to lead multiple initiatives and manage complex scenarios.
Strong English language skills to be able to improve or fix designs as needed.
