Lead Sales & Promotion activities in the area
Identify problems related to issues from distributor sales activities and do corrective action.
Supervise and coordinate to solve problems related to product distribution activities.
Coordinate to ensure all promotional activities are in accordance with the plan.
Monitoring team performs market visit and coaching tasks in ensuring products are distributed and displayed properly
Build team competencies
Handle distributors and sub distributors
Manage team from some provinces
