Promotion & POS management
Working closely with the marketing team for:
Implement sales promotion campaigns, product launches, display
Ensure implementation of product display as per company guideline
Maintain a stock level of marketing communication kit including brochure, leaflet & catalog in the shop
Control Sales promotor representative in KA shop. Attendance and performance
Review the effectiveness of the marketing and promotion program.
Initiate to propose a promotion program
Tracking market competition. Latest competitor activation program and its impact to shop share
Channel Partner Distributor
Monitor distributor sales operation as a channel partner focusing on channel expansion
Drive distributor to achieve the target (both Selling in & selling out)
Organizing collection & controlling stock (per SKU)
Ensure timely settlement of claims of channel partners
Retailer/KA
Nurturing business relations with retail trade partner especially Key Account focusing on sales growth to end-userWe are Market Leader Company in Water Heater
Gain retailer commitment to achieve selling out target to ensure channel healthiness by actively supporting retailer sales activation program.
Conduct product knowledge training to Distributor sales and Sales promoter
Make a Sell Out report and Analyzing Market Contribution and Share
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Target-oriented person.
Willing to travel around Indonesia (Preferable candidate who domicile in those areas)
