DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Able to lead a team of 5 – 10 members Become a role model of the team and help set up the team’s culture Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including monitoring metrics to ensure quality goals are met As a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating the QA resources internally Work together with the product and developer team to translate requirements and/or technical specifications into test cases Actively participate in product specification reviews and assist teams writing and reviewing test plans Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENT

Proficient in English (both writing and speaking) At least 4 – 6 years of experience in leading (or being professional QA) with a focus on manual testing for website and mobile apps Deep expertise in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases Experience in manual testing tools like Postman Good knowledge of manual software testing design and testing methodologies Experience in test case reviews process, and understand best practice in test case management Have leadership skills, teamwork, and detail-oriented mindset
