DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond to inbound phone inquiries from Citi customers and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively in a friendly and respectful tone Execute the necessary processes, procedures and verbal conversations to effectively customize quotes and cross-sell a variety of products and services to existing customers Comply with company policies and procedures to consistently achieve performance goals Identify opportunities to cross-sell numerous products and services to customers Meet or exceed established sales goals Comply with strict laws and regulations on telesales practices in a complex sales environment Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Citi policies, procedures and various services and products
REQUIREMENT

1 year relevant work experience Experience in call center, sales/service is preferred Learn about telemarketing practices and procedures Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication skills Proficient in computer operation technology Effective problem solving and sales skills, and the ability to relate customer needs to a broad range of product/service offerings
